We deliver to addresses in the UK. Shipping is free for orders over £100 and £6.00 for orders under £100.
- Orders placed before 2.00pm are sent to the warehouse for shipping that day.
- Orders placed after 2.00pm will be sent to the warehouse for shipping the following day.
- Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent to the warehouse for shipping on the next normal working weekday.
Once an order has been sent to the warehouse for shipping, we are not able to amend or modify the order so it will be shipped as originally placed.
On placing your order you will receive a tracking link to enable you to track your delivery through our courier, DPD.
DPD aim to deliver within two days of shipping. You will be notified of the approximate delivery time via the mobile number and email address provided by you at the time of ordering. Should you wish to make alternative delivery arrangements at this point, then you must do so directly with DPD. If the courier is unable to make delivery at the specified time, they will notify you and attempt a second delivery. If they are unable to deliver on the second occasion, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your products, then you may request an exchange or a full refund (excluding any shipping costs you may have paid) within 30 days of having received them.
We will require you to return the product containers and any unused product, and will also require you to complete and sign a Refund Form that will be sent to you. On receipt of the unused products and the containers, and the Refund form, you will receive a full refund for the products purchased.
All products must be returned at your own expense.
